How are callers trained?
They are screened before hire, then trained on your script, market and objections before making a call for you. Calls are reviewed for quality.
Which tools do you use?
A power dialer and the major CRMs. If you already have a stack, we can work inside it.
How will I see results?
Through regular reports, and through your portal or CRM where every lead, note and recording lives.
